Dismissive and Condescending
Did not enjoy my visit with Dr.Moon, was unable to communicate all of my symptoms to her before being prescribed a prescription, due to being able to talk about my symptoms for approximately 2 min. She was dismissive and condescending when communicating and addressing my symptoms and concerns. Addressed my concerns for Endometriosis by asking one question and then ruling it out. Medication she prescribed was unsuccessful.

Zero stars if possible
She almost let my daughter die. She was more concerned about a planned c-section and when my daughter started hemorrhaging, she kept telling the nurse “well try this, try that. “ meanwhile my daughter was bleeding out. Thank god there was a resident there who bothered to take the time to help. I guess she’s only nice to certain people. My grandson is now 5. Thankfully he still has his mother

I I went in for a normal check up I see Dr Moon once a year for a vaginal exam because in the state of Indiana you have to see your physician every year in order to be prescribed medication.

Dr. Moon delivered both of my children, 8 years apart. I had c sections with both and my scars are beautiful. I love how direct and informative she is. She is my favorite and I am looking forward to her delivering #3! I just have to tell her I’m pregnant. :)

I’ve seen Dr. Moon since moving to Indy 15 years ago. She delivered 2/3 children and even came in at midnight on her night off to deliver my first son. She was kind, supportive and informative when we had a Pre-term diagnosis of Down syndrome for our second son. We would have stayed to deliver my second son but a message wasn’t given as she was on her way home. She checked on me repeatedly for #3. She is a straight shooter with a warm smile. I recommend her to anyone looking for a new OBGYN.

She misdiagnosed me as being POST menopausal at a VERY early age, put me on hormones and then ignored my calls when I had issues with the medication and other problems. Changed doctors and was then told she rushed to a diagnosis that was false causing me a tremendous amount of stress and heartache for no reason. She also had a terrible bedside manner in additiona to the ignorant diagnosis.

This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had as a patient. I was sick but I managed to make it to my 10 Am appointment and I arrived at 9:45. When I checked in the woman said they can't see me because I had to be there at 9:30. I had filled out paperwork online so I didn't need to do much of anything. I pointed that out and said, But I am here early. She said I should have received a phone call the night before telling me when to arrive. I did not and

Her bedside manner rubbed me the wrong way. I did not feel she was very empathetic or warm. I also experienced extremely long waits at appointments throughout my pregnancy. Paperwork was always getting mixed up, too.
