If you are trying to set an appointment with Dr. Amy Nguyen for any type of ear issue, it's best to find another doctor. I walked into the office perfectly fine with hearing and left with one ear not able to function properly. I have been prescribed a medication that only made my symptoms worse and when I informed Dr. Nguyen, she would give an approach as if my pain is inaccurate. Overall, she did not want to assist her own patient. On the other hand, the front staff would make a diagnosis to keep using the medication even if the dangerous side effects showed. Keep your ears protected from coming to this mischievous office.
