Dr. Rauchway spent an hour and a half evaluating me. She was kind, thorough and concerned. I appreciate the time she took to try to help me. She listened to all of my concerns. I am very impressed with her

I’ve been a patient for 5 years and Dr. Rauchway has been extremely professional and caring. During all of my appointments Dr. Rauchway has always taken time to listen as well as ask questions. The staff is wonderful too!

She doesnt listen to your opinionns at all. She will push her treatment and blow you off when you bring up other options. Poor communication between doctor and staff. Staff is wonderful, only complaint is they could answer the phone more.

Does not listen to patients. Dr. Rauchway has very poor communication skills. Phones do not get answered at the office the majority of the time.

Did not listen to me regarding complaints and worries about my health, used fear tactics to frighten me into taking a medication that did not work and was detrimental to my health. Office staff was courteous enough while at the office, however were very poor at contact and follow-ups.
