Still waiting for my post surgery check up from three years ago. Office would not help at all to get me seen by the Doctor. Very bad follow up and brutal scheduler. Never able to get me in for my post op. I need some follow care.

Loved her and the entire staff! Her second opinion is so refreshing and appreciated. No unnecessary surgery for me!! Dr Rutt is so kind and compassionate. Did not rush there appt and ensured I had the tools and answers necessary to improve my hoarseness!

My visit to Mayo Clinic turned out to be a wonderful experience. From valet parking to the registration desk, all the employees were kind and considerate. Very willing to help. My meeting with Dr. Amy Rutt was very educational answering every question. I came to her for a second opinion for my vocal cord cyst. Her diagnosis was to try voice therapy first and leave surgery as a second option. Dr. Rutt was very patient, took her time and didn’t rush me out of the office. She asked if she had answered all of my questions. I believe she is #1 in her field and a very down to earth Doctor. I would highly recommend her if you want the best there is in the field. I found a treasure, I would like to share??
