After twenty years of going to this practice (they have become a factory now), it is time to say goodbye. The staff is very rude and the Dr. Seinfeld will maybe spend 2 minutes tops with the patients. If you like waiting 45 minutes waiting for a tele health appointment (in person is about the same), no call backs on test results, no follow up (doctor says staff will call with information for labs and they don't ever), assembly line atmosphere, no apologies for their mistakes, then this is the place for you.

These low ratings couldn't be more accurate I have never met with a more incompetent doctor in my life. She has the worst bedside Manner and felt like a number the entire time when she said I'm running late for now on my next appointment when I literally spent 5 minutes with her. Beware this office loves to charge you for tests that you did not ask for that's not covered through your insurance

Overall bad care and no return calls with lab results. She spent 5 minutes with me at my physical and completely missed I was due for an colonoscopy (family issue). I thought she would come back in after bloodwork so I could ask her about it and no return. It took two weeks for results from physical, after I called twice. They found blood in my urine. Two weeks to let me know that? I retested and three weeks ago, called twice for results and still have not received.

She is absolutely the worst doctor we have ever been to. If I had followed her instructions, my husband would have died. When we arrived at the hospital the triage couldn't believe she hadn't called an ambulance. Don't go to her! She's very nice, but worthless.

I really liked Dr. Seinfeld. I just hated her staff. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone. The only extension that picks up is for appointments. I have a new doctor in a different state now and they have tried multiple times to retrieve my medical records from Dr. Seinfeld with no success. Unless she changes her staff or policy, I would not recommend her as your next doctor.
