Dr. Amy Smith, MD

Dr. Smith is our family doctor, and she has always been very thorough and attentive--kind, caring, and sensitive in her response to my child's needs and concerns. She is the best!

During a visit with Dr. Smith, she was very kind and friendly to our sick kid. She carried out a series of exams and explained to us what she was doing and what kind of differentiating diagnosis she was carrying out. In addition, she was open to suggestions. When we suggested other potential diagnoses, she was quick to consider the possibility and was willing to run a test for us. In the end, she also tried to lighten our mood by saying that 'sometimes, seeing a doctor will make you feel better'. : ) We are very grateful to help us ease our concern.

I had to switch to see Dr. Amy Smith due to a change in staff at this clinic. I kept asking her about these symptoms that have been bothering me and she dismissed them not once but twice. She didn't suggest I come in to see her, or attend to my concerns. I come to find out weeks later I had a horrible bladder infection that became a kidney infection. That isn't the only thing I didn't like about her. I have asked about some other symptoms and she dismissed them AGAIN. I do not trust her anymore and will be going somewhere else. She is not warm or kind, she is cold and dismissive and rushed me while I was speaking.

Dr. Smith is a horrible doctor and that's an understatement. She is highly negligent through email, only members of the "care team" ever respond. She always makes me feel uncomfortable in the office when discussing my health and her lack of compassion really shows by her responses. Once when discussing my sexual activity her assistant made a joke about my response and they both laughed. She shouldn't even be a doctor. Do your due diligence and find someone who has compassion.

Very disappointed. I never get help I need. It's very difficult to get a referral to a specialist from her, even for Female Health Specialist.
