Dr. Amy Solomon was my primary care doctor for years. She showed concern for me and always took the time to listen and explain. I am sad she moved from her Ben Lomond office. No other doctor has been as kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I miss her.

There are a lot of good doctors around, Dr. Soloman is a rare jewel of a care provider. I am a retired health care provider and have worked with many doctors over my 40-year career. I have rarely experienced anything like what Dr. Soloman provides. Sorry to say that last I knew she moved. That may not be current so please check.

Her staff has no respect for your time. I was completely ignored when I walked in for my new patient appointment after waiting months to see this dr. Then she was completely non compassionate about the pain I was in and told me to take Tylenol. Hello dr, that's what I've been doing for months while waiting to see you. I wasted my time and money to get told to take Tylenol. I got a MRI by another dr and I had a herniated disc that needed surgery that tylonol would not fix.

Dr. Amy is knowledgable & attentive! I appreciate the care and concern she takes. I never feel like any question is insignificant and I especially have never felt rushed. I also like that she doesn't require pointless follow-ups just to try and bill your Insurnace company! My experiences have been positive & enjoyable regardless of my reason for being there. The P.A. Shannon M. is equally as amazing! I highly recommend seeing her as well! Front Office staff could use some finessing...

Dr. Solomon is an excellent general practitioner. However, her Physicians Assistant and office staff are terrible and inconsistent. I have had numerous problems with her staff including timely prescriptions. My problem is I really like and trust the doctor but her staff is making me causing me a lot of difficulty. I would recommend her but not her PA or staff.
