Best doctor I have ever been to.
Amy gets to know her patients. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable . The office is warm and inviting.

Dr. Walsh, Dr. Soon, Nurse Amy, and Nurse Kim are amazing!!! They provide the BEST level of care on all levels! I can't speak highly enough of their level of skill, dedication, and professionalism. I had an injury that required an E.R visit. I got the run around from the hospital and my health insurance company. I texted Dr. Walsh and she responded in less than 1 hour. She immediately addressed my needs and concerns. Doctor Direct is hands down the BEST option, even if you have insurance.

I personally love Dr. Amy, she is great. As a CPA, I recommend her to all my clients that are looking for an alternative to the doctors who take traditional health insurance. I love her straight forward attitude and she really gets the fact that we are equal partners in maintaining our health. Dr. Amy always takes the time to listen and find out what is happening to you as a person, you aren't just a number.

I recently joined Doctor Direct in Raleigh, which is a phenomenal alternative to standard Healthcare coverage. Dr Amy is extremely personable and she took more time with me in a single office than any doctor ever has . Her fees are so much more affordable than any health insurance plan you'll find anywhere.

Dr. Amy is the a no-nonsense, personable physician I have been looking for! You aren't just a number, but an actual patient of the practice. Very responsive via email and, if you can even believe, texts!!

This is a fresh take on primary care. The appointments are scheduled so that you are not rushed and you can talk about what's going on. Also, having 24/7 access is a plus, you don't always remember everything you need to discuss at your appointment and you can send Dr. Amy an email and she will reply. I trust her enough to recommend my family to see her.
