Non Responsive
Recently Moved to the area and was looking for a new Physician that my family could begin a longterm relationship with. After the 1st month we were sent a 700 bill, which is still not resolved and now due to refill RX. We have travel plans and the Dr. has not been responsive nor shown any sense of urgency for our family about correcting a mistake that she made. We all make mistakes but no willingness to correct it leaves us little options than to look for another primary.
