Dr. Dizon was better before she joined this practice. Over the years I have watched my care go down to the point where I now dread calling that office or going for appointments. My last several visits were disappointing and my calls for prescriptions are a full time job as it takes 3-4 calls before the pharmacy gets it. They blame the pharmacy, but I know that is not the case because all my other doctors prescriptions go through without a hitch. I am in the process of looking for another endocrinologist. I have dealt with the rudeness and unprofessional behavior long enough.

Dr. Dizon has been treating my Hashimoto's for two years now. She has a personable bedside manner, making her very easy to converse with. She has layman's terms for explaining the condition(s) and how the interactions with other pituitary disorders occur. She has always listened to my input regarding the effects of synthroid treatment and has always been willing to adjust if blood testing falls within an allowable range. She has always addressed any concerns raised, even if treatment was outside of her expertise by referring to a physician focused on the requested treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Dizon to friends or family.

She is very rude and doesn't really care about her patients. Doesn't know what she's doing. I switched to another doctor.

I have seen Dr. Dizon twice now for my hypothyroidism which resulted in difficulty conceiving a child. She spent approximately 30-40 minutes with me in my first appointment and thoroughly answered every question I had. She never talked down to me and never seemed bothered by my plethora of questions. My follow-up appointment was naturally shorter in length. However, she remembered every detail about me and asked a number of questions regarding the impact a shift in medication had on me.

Dr. Dizon is a horrible doctor. I've never dreaded seeing someone as much as her. I have PCOS and she kept saying I had to lose weight but wouldn't give me suggestions or encouragement. She would just say I had to lose weight and I told her I would be back next time with weight lost and she said "yeah..we'll see". She is rude and not helpful. She asked me if I wanted to up my medication. Isn't that what a doctor is supposed to decide? Not the patient! If I could give her zero stars I would.

My husband had been seeing Dr. Dizon for several years after the doctor he was seeing retired. I tried to get him to change doctors from the beginning because I didn't feel he was getting the proper care. He finally got tired of her giving him meds he didn't need and not giving him the information he needed. He went to his new doc. yesterday and was taken off the meds immediately, he is getting the proper education about his insulin pump and found out he is a type 1 diabetic not 2.
