Dr. Ana Frunza, MD

My family called up the office and told them about the symptoms he is experiencing from the new prescription. He was told by the staff at the office the medication is not causing those kind of symptoms. The symptoms were concerning. The office did not recommend anything like go to the urgent care or come to the office now or say at least go to the ER. They do not have any empathy at all.

I was previously seeing a local doctor ( not to mention his practice or his name)who was so quite and timid. I literally had to ask all of the questions because he wouldn’t say nothing.. I knew I had to seek another doctor.One of my friends mentioned to me that Dr.Frunza was an excellent doctor that would be happy with her knowledge and professionalism. I’m so impressed with her. She works in a timely matter and she interacts with me very well. She leaves know stone uncovered, she and her staff are very friendly and punctual..

Had Dr. Frunza. Was not happy. It was a fast appointment. I asked for follow up. Nothing. I sent a direct, to the Office Manager's email a request to follow up nothing. Dr. Frunza said my blood test may suggest a thyroid issue. I may want to have it checked out. No follow up no sense of urgency. A few months later I felt like I was overly tired.That doctor referred me to a Endocrinologist. BING! I have Graves disease. I could have been sparred months of suffering. Doctors need to care!
