Dr. Kausel is a very knowledgeable and caring diabetes specialist. She is extremely patient-centric and replies quickly to e-mails and prescription refill requests. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kausel is great! I love her because shes kind, funny and personable. I just dont like how difficult it is to make appointments because the receptionist/front desk rarely answers their phone or calls you back.

Incredible..... From The moment she walked in the room she was the friendliest Doctor I have ever met. She makes you feel so at ease. She asks lots of questions and then gets to your medical issue. She is amazing !! Her nurse is just as kind :). I would recommend her to everyone !!!

I highly recommend Dr. Kausel to anyone. After carefully reading my medical record she asked relevant questions, listened to my responses and then clearly explained her diagnosis. I felt she was focused on my problem and not distracted or rushed. I trust her professional judgment and highly recommend her.

I see Dr Kausel for thyroid issues. She is absolutely amazing. Very intelligent and So sweet and kind. Every time she walks in the room she greats me with respect and a warm welcome. I have come a long way from where I was before I started seeing her. She has a nurse who is just as warm and sweet as she is. She always get back to me with in the same day and always seems willing just sit and listen when I need to talk. In one word they are.... amazing!

Dr. Kausel listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained various diagnostic tests and potential treatments. She expressed compassion and confidence that she’d figure out the cause of my illness. She communicated test results promptly and clearly. She even quickly responded to each question I emailed her. I consider myself lucky to have been provided an appointment with her.

I would give zero stars if I could. She was horrible. I've been dealing with infertility for 2 years. My fertility specialist noticed the problem I have with my thyroid. According to her I have no problem with my thyroid or fertility. She said, and I quote "Let your body do what it needs to do. Your body knows what it's doing". O really?! Thanks for the great advise! What a waste of a co-pay. My experience was unreal! What a horrible person! I'm in shock she has a license to practice medicine.
