Great listener
Dr. Ana Rojas was the best Dr. I have had in all my years. She was respectful of my beliefs and wishes and worked with me to find solutions. I miss her as she has since retired. Thank you, Dr. Rojas!

Office staff treat patients very poorly. They are very disrespectful. They told my mother that they would not order a refill for her blood pressure medication because she owed money and my mother was not even aware that she owed them money because nobody called her or sent her a letter to let her know. It is a shame that they get away with that.

Not the best experience
My mother is actually the one who’s been going to Dr. Rojas for a couple of years. Every time she goes, she does not even examine my mother at all. The staff is vey unpleasant; last week my mother called to have a refill of her blood pressure medicine and one of the girls answered her that she would not send her a refill because she owed money. My mother was not even aware that she owed them any money because nobody sent a letter to her or called her to let her know.

Knowledgeable Doctor and a Good Listener
Dr. Rojas is amazing. She's knowledgeable, listens well, and takes the time to explain things to you. I also love that she still masks! It means a lot to me as somebody who needs to take extra care to protect myself and my loved ones from airborne illnesses. The one downside is that sometimes the wait is extra long, especially for morning appointments, but I'm more willing to put up with that at Dr. Rojas' office because I know it's likely because she takes the time to give people the care they need. It's also often difficult to deal with the office by phone or their new app. But again, something that I'll put up with knowing that it's hard to beat Dr. Rojas for how good she is with almost everything else!

Doesn't even deserve one star
This doctor is the worst, she treated my mother like she was crazy. She wouldn't listen to her concerns and said its all"old age". This woman didn't want to prescribe her heart medication that she's been taking for many years. She told my mother she didn't need it and that my mother is overreacting. Very unprofessional doctor.

I was willing to give Dr. Rojas a try despite the mixed reviews, because she takes my insurance and was conveniently located. I liked her at the time of my visit, despite the long wait (fairly typical of a doctor's office) but some of the bad reviews are correct-- it is impossible to get in touch with her about results or to get information. I'm fairly low maintenance, but it shouldn't take weeks to be able to get in touch with your doctor to get lab results.

Dr. Roja is the worst. Don’t even bother going. Find a better doctor that actually cares for her patients. You tell her you feel pain and she says it’s because of old age but doesn’t give you nothing. Close her down!!!!

Getting in contact with her is near impossible and when you do get an appointment you are left in the waiting room for 2 hours just to be seen for 5-10 mins and then she judges all your statements like she does not believe you. If you care about your health go see someone else.

Dr. Rojas has always been a great doctor for me. Always takes time to listen and never seems in a hurry to get to the next patient. And she gives me answers I can understand, not doctor speak so I really know about my health. Thanks for being great!

It takes a very long time to get seen, almost two hours waiting every time. Then when she finally sees you, you leave her office within 5-10 minutes. No consideration for your time. The worst part of this office is the staff, every time you call to make an appointment or as a question the same lady answers and she is very rude and always with a bad attitude. Numerous times I have tried to ask her questions and she is of no help, I will not be going back here again.

For Her every symptom is normal and common. Her prescriptions are in-apropiated. She does not spend much time her patients. Shows adversity to provide a referral to a specialist. I have to pay out pocket to a Dr so He can identify my illness and prescribe proper medicine.
