Both Kumar and staff are wonderful with patients. They listen well and answer all questions patiently and pretty thoroughly. They all seem to “know their stuff” so whatever the need was from a call, they addressed it to patient’s satisfaction. Kumar was highly recommended, and indeed he was excellent.

My neck was injured in an auto accident. Dr Kumar explained exactly what needed to be done; 3 cervical fusions with screws and metal. I was in constant pain and my right arm & fingers were numb. I had already had a C 2-3 fusion and was very anxious.
The surgery was successful and I have no pain numbness and very good range of motion. I recently went back for 2 year check up and everything looks solid and in place. Dr. Kumar treats the whole person; he listens, educates you about your problem and solution. I went into surgery confident that he would give me best possible outcome.; and he did.
He is kind, compassionate and in my opinion an excellent Doctor. Thank you Dr Kumar!

Dr Kumar is absolutely amazing he has treated my husband for 17years and 5 back surgeries. Kyle is not always easy patient but thanks to Dr Kumar my husband is not paralyzed or dependent on any walking aids......thank you so much to you and your staff

My back got so bad that I couldn’t stand or walk more than 10 minutes without having extreme hip and leg pain plus numbness in my foot. After X-rays, an MRI, and exam, Dr. Kumar determined I needed surgery.
I chose Dr. Kumar because he has a reputation (from former patients and from medical professionals) as being the best of the best!
I am now 5 weeks after surgery and am walking over half mile each day without any pain.
I highly recommend Dr. Kumar! His techniques & procedures are the best.

After suffering from a severe case of scoliosis that I probably had since childhood, I finally sought help from this amazing and highly-recommended surgeon. Like most of you, I was afraid but also knew that it was time to do something after putting this off for over 30 years! And so 7 months ago I had a spinal fusion and I am now pain free for the first time in decades! And I no longer need the handfuls of daily narcotics! He really is THE BEST! So don't wait and call his office today!

I have the greatest respect and appreciation for Dr. Kumar and his staff. He has treated me twice for back pain and each time it was immediate relief and no further issues. Each office visit he took his time with me and explained every detail of the x-rays and what was going on. He is very a very compassionate man and cares about his patients and what is going on with them. He is dedicated to helping them achieve a pain free life. I would recommend him highly to everyone having back pain.

Dr. Kumar is by far the best spine surgeon there is!!! My daughter is a physician in Boulder and did a lot of checking for me and we found Dr. Anant Kumar. He resolved the many severe issues in my back which had turned into horrible scoliosis as well. Dr. Kumar saved my life!!! My pain is gone. After years of pain medications, I was able to get off of them and have a great life doing things again. I can play with my grandchildren. I can exercise again. He has the best bedside manner as well!!!

After talking with the Dr. I knew I was in the most experienced and caring hands. Dr. Kumar and his team did an absolutely amazing job with my surgery providing the very best care. Dr. Kumar personally tended to my bedside throughout my hospital stay making sure I was both comfortable and aware of every part of the process. He and his team are incredible at what they do. I would absolutely recommend Dr Kumar as he is not only the best at what he does but also a kind and generous humanitarian

I met Dr. Kumar seventeen years ago. He performed a lower back fusion and 10 years ago he did a cervical fusion. This year he performed another cervical fusion and corrected a Scoliosis condition. He is a Dr. who loves his work and wants the best for his patience.

I believe Dr Kumar is the best spine doctor in the region based on my experiences with other providers. He fixed several complicated spine problems for me with excellent outcomes. He is very kind, companionate and caring. I would highly recommend Dr Kumar to anyone with spine issues.

Dr. Kumar came recommended to me by my internist because he is very conservative in his patient management and believes medical treatment should be exhausted before surgery is performed. When Dr. Kumar reviewed my medical record, he assured me that he had a very high level of confidence that surgery would resolve my physical symptoms.
I did have the back surgery with 100% pain relief right after the procedure. My recovery was uneventful and back to my active lifestyle within 3 months!
