Excellent Dr and helpful advice!!
I was a patient of Dr Arbers quite a while ago and he was very understanding, thoughtful and helpful with my pain issues (back and hip) and he treated me with great care. Explained to me on how his plan of treatment was and to follow through on a plan to deal with my pain or to treat what's causing it. More or less he gave me a choice for actually doing something about it or giving up.. And I chose to try to get medical treatment for my issue with my physical health.. And as a result I did get back to work and much better!!So now I'm going to get his advice again as my pain issues have been getting much worse! I honestly hope I can get back on my own again... Cause it's really getting to me mentally. The physical problems I have is unbearable, left leg is numb and tingling, pain is low back & shooting down to my foot. And now my right leg is starting to get like the left leg..I look forward to getting his advice again!!! I hope to get in SOON!

Accreditted Respectful Better Efficient Relief
I've been seeing Dr. Arber for almost 10 yrs for assistance with managing my chronic pain due to complex health issues. I will say, 'to know him is to love him' and like any relationship it takes time to build trust and get to know each other. Every patient is different, so what works for one may not work for another, so be patient in accepting that trials and errors are part of the process (especially for long term care) Dr. Arber is more of a reserved guy, but he does listen intently, is knowledgable in his field, and will professionally answers any questions or concerns when asked. He does his best to help patients safely manage their pain whilst gently guiding them back to a productive life. I will say, you will have to wait to see him. To some this is unacceptable, but to those of us 'established patients' who have seen situations unexpectantly arise or patients who may need a longer than average consult...we understand it is part of needing a specialist, they are VERY busy MD's!

Unacceptable Staff
I was referred here for my pain medicine but never made it past the initial call. The staff are extremely rude. The receptionist couldn't understand English that well and got upset because my children tried to talk to me while I was on the phone. I asked to speak to the office manager and she was even worse. She jumped on and was very belittling even though she didn't know what was going on. Definitely not a place that seems like they should have customers or be in the medical field where people need compassion.

Ive been seeing Dr Arber for 2 yrs. And have read some of the reveiws and a bit aggitated with some. Just cant believe its the same Dr ive seen He is a very busy Dr. And just like most of us humans have good days and bad days. He is a caring Dr. Just honestly think his work load is overloaded. I had a appt on Monday July 26th 2021. And I must say. The way the appt were spaced he was able to spend the quality time with me and go over every little detail. So to whomever that has had a bad O V with him please give him another try. Dont get me wrong Ive had a few appts with him that I felt neglected but never gave up. So thank u Dr Arber. For ur time and diagnosis. And plan of treatment. See you soon

I have been going to Dr Arber on-and-off for years for pain due to a back injury. I find him to be incredibly knowledgable, and have never had any problems. He is a man of few words, but an empathetic guy. HIS OFFICE MANAGER, RECEPTIONIST, WHATEVER . . I came in to ask Dr Arber for a referral for a doctor, and an appt with Dr Arber, and the woman who was there said to fill in the necessary forms & dont call us, we'll call you. She was NOT wearing a name tag, either.

Dr. Arber is absolutely the most knowledgeable and empathetic physician I’ve encountered. There is often a slight wait, but it’s worth every minute. He listens, tracks and cares about your progress, and wants you to improve.

This office is beyond horrible! Stay away! My husband came in to see Dr Arber once, for a back pain. He was happy with the Dr, no issues there. However, this was in 2016. Literally 2 yrs later, in October 2018 we get a bill for over $600 for that visit. Their computer system wasnt set up correctly and apparently they never billed us, according to them! I cant go back to my insurance now, as we've switched the provider. Stay away, is all I can say!

Very knowledgeable, and caring doctor. Sometimes you may have to wait to a while to see him, but it is worth it knowing that he is caring for each patient, which each are experiencing different levels of pain. He also takes his time with each patient so he can treat each person according to their individual needs and pain levels.

Awful. Waited for an appointment for 2 1/2 hours, no one even attempted to apologize. Everyone in this office is incredibly slow and inept. The doctor is rude, dismissive and cold. My grandmother came in with horrible back pain, and she specifically scheduled an appointment for an injection to relieve the pain. The doctor dismissively told her that he won't be able to do the injection because she needed to stop her medication beforehand (even though no one bothered to inform her in advance).

Very dismissive and cold. Does not acknowledge patients directly after they explain they are hard or hearing. Extremely reluctant to answer questions about procedure, recovery time, and possible risks. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Would not recommend.

Dr. Arber is a convened doctor that answers questions and is skilled at the administration of epidurals. But as with anything pain related, it is not a precise science.,, even when the injection is in the correct place they don't always work. Dr. Arber will work with you to got to a solution.

Very rude man, doesn't explain anything or ask you any questions about your pain or health issues I left his office feeling helpless and quite frankly builled. It's a shame so many people abuse medications that even a pain doctor can't identify a person who is actually in pain he basically said he was taking me off my current medication abruptly as a mother with a full time job and no history of substance abuse I hoped a gradual transition and new treatment plan but he offered nothing
