I hadn't been to a gynecologist in probably four years due to a not great experience elsewhere so I was a little apprehensive about seeing a new to me provider and a new to Mercy provider without having much information to go off of. I LOVED the fact that Dr. Bobo came in to my room before the physical exam to meet with me and discuss any questions or concerns I had. He also discussed exactly what would take place during the exam. All of these factors helped put me at ease as well.

He answered well a question I had that was not about the appointment but related to the field, and he went over the test quite clearly and was very calm and relaxing.

I had a wonderful experience. I was nervous going in because I have had obgyns in other places I've lived and it hasn't been the best experience . Dr. Bobo and his staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Great doctor..he was my doctor for 16yrs..delivered 2 of my kids ,actually saved my life during a C-section....I really miss him wish he was still my doctor back here in detroit..I'd highly recommend him...thanks for everything Dr.Bono Maia J...

I am very particular about my doctors. After all we put our lives in their hands. Dr Bobo is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, personable, well spoken, has a great bedside manner. I cannot say enough nice about this doctor. I needed a hysterectomy and I don't think I could have had as much faith in any other surgeon. He kept my family informed and they also kept commenting on how professional and informative he was. He took time to explain everything. He definitely gets 5 stars
