Dr. Brooks is excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & enjoys educating his patients. He never rushes, listens & answers all your questions. Dr. Brooks makes sure that you understand your medications & diagnosis. His Nurses & Team Members are very knowledgeable & helpful. He preforms most diagnostic testing right in his office. I highly recommend him & have referred friends to his practice.

I was treated by Dr Brooks for heart problems, after a stress test, I was put in an ambulance and rushed to Bayonet Point for emergency Triple Bypass and valve replacement. I was met in the emergency room by a heart specialist, who asked my symptoms, I said I had none, the doctor did additional tests, and told me I didn't need emergency surgery. I had the procedure over 4 years later, by the doctor that met me at the emergency room, Dr Rattehalli.

This office is a disaster that's why I found a new cardiologist. The office went downhill when felisha and christina left. The office manager he has currently is useless and I could hear her talking badly about some employees to other employees which shows bad leadership right there. The red head that was there was rude and worthless and the blonde headed one is dumber than a box of rocks. The Doctor rushes in the room late and doesn't answer questions that you have. He looks a mess.

Dr. Brooks demonstrates a genuine interest and desire to help his patients. My father was in bad shape and Dr. Brooks was able to quickly assess what was wrong with him and saved him twice. Once in the hospital for informing nursing staff and his PCP that labs and symptoms were consistent with the need of a gallbladder removal and again in his office when he ordered a stress test which required a cardiac cath demonstrating a 90% blockage. He knows his stuff!

My husband had a stent put in by Dr. Books. He did not explain my husband's condition well at all. We sought a 2nd opinion in Pinellas County. THANK GOD we found two cardiologists in Largo who ended up having to do a 4x bypass surgery due to DR BROOKS did NOT address MOST of problem areas in my husband's heart.

Horrible service. EVERYTHING is outdated. 1974 Equipment and he will make you wait. My time is just important! He was sitting down reading a magazine ( like every time) while the other two office staff gossiping. We don't care about whats happening at your home...its a Doctors visit. By the time he finishes reading he got up saw the next guy. I asked now 30 pass my appointment time when I would be seen, the so called receptionist she had no idea. I walked out found a NEW doctor

Dr. Brooks does not show any concern for his patients. For a doctor who is supposed to take care of peoples hearts he is very nonchalant. He never answers a question straight forward. He barely looks at test results. He gives prescriptions without any direction. His office staff is ever changing. Everyone worse than before. The offices (2) used to look like a warehouse for old dusty antiques,out of date magazines and cheap fake flower arrangements. They have since cleaned a lot of that.

He is a horrible Doctor , very unconcerned about his patients........At least 11/2 to 2 hour wait.....Will give you a sermon about whats on the media.....If ask him about your help,he seems to not want to answer your questions........

Absolutely terrible service. I will never bring my father back to this place again; the office staff is rude and the doctor rushed through our visit and never responds to messages left, its like pulling teeth just to get someone who can help you with basic questions to schedule an appointment on the phone!

My dad had been an elderly patient of Dr.Brooks for 2 yrs and I have yet to have a nice encounter with the office. The nurses that i spoke to were rude and passed a comment that i should be more "proactive" with his medical needs. Mind you i live in the state of NY. I found this very unprofessional and the nurse was extremely nasty and then hung up on me. That same day i made sure that he was no longer a patient of theirs. Not happy with the drs lack of knowledge of his medical history.
