This place is absolutely horrible. I should have known not to go here when they were the only dermatologist within 25 miles with appointments available the day I called. Everywhere else was a 3 month wait. I wish I waited. Went In for an allergic reaction I was having on my face. Got prescribed 2 medications. Was told to use one medication first and something else days after. Never picked up the second medication because the first one that was supposed to calm my skin actually burned my skin to the point where I was in tears. Now I have permanent scarring and still have marks from the allergic reaction I originally had. I called to complain and was told by the receptionist WORD FOR WORD “ it’s ur fault and u did it to urself and u used the wrong medication.” Then proceeds to transfer me to a busy line I don’t know who she thinks she’s talking to but she probably shouldn’t be the first face clients see and speak to when they walk in. Please do not go here seriously.

Two visits thus far. Dr. Baratta is very pleasant, kind, considerate, caring, and thoroughly professional. A very skilled conversationalist who easily puts patients at ease. Has an air of careful deliberation and considered action that inspires confidence. It is no exaggeration to say that Dr. Baratta is the best dermatologist I have ever met.

had to wait 45 mins for her to talk to me for 5 minutes with no detail. Lady at the desk didn't welcome me or look up when I signed in. Assistant barely spoke. Will never go back.

My experience at Baratta Dermatology was the worst I have ever had with a medical professional/staff. No one working in the office was kind, friendly, or pleasant in any way. Dr Baratta removed my mole with no consent whatsoever (!!!) and had horrendous bedside manner. The nurse used as little words as humanly possible to describe my after care, and refused to answer my questions instead providing an instruction sheet.

I have always had a good experience with Dr, Baratta and I like her very much. However I DO NOT LIKE the gowns . They are VERY small., I feel discriminated because I am not a small woman. I think an office of your size you should have gowns that fit every one.
