Excellent doctor

Not sure where to start. When she ran her Med Practice patients would be in lobby & told appt xld last min at office & to reschedule. Couldn't even tell you it was xld before you arrived. This happened to multiple pts myself included. However she sold her practice to run a MediSpa & didn't even tell her patients that the practice was sold & they were to find a new PCP. I found this out visiting another MD in the same complex & saw a NEW sign on the bldg!! Her MediSpa you don't get to see her but she wants $ as if you did see her. I went 2x told my appt was with her not a nurse....saw a nurse. She throws parties to get more $ from you for MediSpa treatments to upsell you such as the one at a restaurant last month. She still shows that she accepts ins on my health insurance plan which is misleading & deceptive to perspective patients. Her MediSpa can't seem to send info via email but instead in multiple texts such as when she needed a break so it was cryptic & staff refused to clarify!!

Dr.Dempsey was amazing. She was kind friendly and so professional. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable about my hormone therapy.

Dr. Dempsey has been my primary care Dr. for 14 years. I have only great things to say about her. If you have an appointment with her, YOU WILL BE SEEN by her! Her compassion and care is unmatched by any Dr. I have ever been treated by.

Incompetent MD! The office manager was very rude and unaccommodating (husband of the doctor). So good luck in fixing your concerns. My mistake coming to this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dempsey's since 2014, and have found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and most willing to listen to me. She has provided me with excellent care and has gone out of her way to make sure that I have had immediate attention when needed. I feel that she is concerned about me as a person and not just as a patient. When needed, she has referred me to excellent specialists. The quality of the office staff has improved over the past several years.

Dr. Dempsey has been my primary care physician for 5 plus years. She is knowledgeable, a great listener and very easy to communicate with- she is intuitive, caring, and efficient. She is my health care "quarter back" and facilitates my wellness plan including a well thought out treatment plan. I know that I am in super competent hands (in light of cancer diagnosis 6 years ago- still clean/but she stays on tops of all labs/exams/etc.), and that she is one of the best listening doctors that I have ever seen. Further, she keeps herself and staff up to date on cutting edge treatments & choices. It's also nice to know that she has physician assistants on her staff in the event of an immediate appointment request. I am grateful for Dr. Dempsey and her excellent staff & professional team. The front office (Muriel in particular) is caring, will follow up when necessary and one of the best front office staffs so far- super personable and engaging. Dr. Dempsey is the BEST!

I could not be more grateful for the accurate diagnosis and treatment provided by Dr. Andrea Dempsey and both of her Physician Assistants and her support team. I was suffering from symptoms complicating an upcoming surgery and was undergoing another treatment / therapy with no relief in sight. I scheduled a visit with Dr. Dempsey, who accurately diagnosed my ailment and provided immediate, effective treatment. Equally important, Dr. Dempsey took time to discuss and share personal experiences regarding my surgery and the challenging balance of treatment and quality of life. Her staff were very concerned, which I obviously appreciated. I would recommend her office to anyone.

There's no guarantee you'll ever see a doctor. You'll be scheduled, canceled, rescheduled, canceled and they don't care how it impacts you. You're supposed to be going here for medical care except you don't actually meet a doctor. Don't play games with your health because until you get to the exam room you won't have any guarantee of seeing a doctor.

Office is very incompetent when it comes to scheduling appts and doing referrals. They have messed up on 2 referrals for me and 2 appts that I scheduled, stating I did not have an appt.

It's very difficult to get a response from the nurse or doctor when you leave a message regarding medication reaction or for medication refill. Pharmacy didn't even get a response for a request for medication refill.

To be clear, the 5 Stars is for PA Elisa Brown. I cannot give Dempsey 5 stars as I’ve Never seen her before. Elisa Brown is amazing compassionate and friendly. I’d be perfectly fine with her as my PCP.

Speed medicine. Get em in get em out. All about the $$$. Medical staff leave and they toss you to a hurried PA. New PA skeptical. Does not review chart notes. Quality of service has gone down. On the surprise staff switch prior meds for past years not renewed. Asked to discuss tests and was told “ time was up”. Office mgr Brad very unprofessional and condescending. Does not return calls. Only way to fix is when patients walk till then they don’t care. All about $$$$$

Don't count on ever seeing the actual doctor. I'm beginning to suspect it's a "stock photo". They ordered a test and, when I went in to the lab, the office had ordered a different test. When I tried to call the office, it took 45 minutes to get a human who could check to verify the order was correct. They reassured me that I was having the correct test. After having the test, turns out it was indeed the INCORRECT test! I was furious so i was declared "unreasonable".

Avoid this place like the plague. I have never seen a place that could be so blame shifting, incompetent, and unprofessional. I left three messages for this office to return my calls because I was following up to see if the staff had received my results. Because no one returned my calls, I obtained my results on my own. On top of this, the doctor gave me instructions that were contradictory.

I received a bill for my wellness visit. I have PPO with coverage for wellness care. The ins. co. advised the codes used in the billing showed charges for medical issues I wasn't seen for. Tonya in billing said she fixed the issue. My f/u appt. they tried to charge me $20, I provided my ins. card, which shows 0 fee office visits. Then another bill came. Tonya was hostile, interrupted me, my issue was between me and the ins. co. She said it was my problem and hung up. Do not trust them!!!

If you want to wait OVER A MONTH to see anyone-Go to this doctor! Dempsey is the worst-DO NOT RECOMMEND! But, Tamika Boulware, PA is a very Kind, Caring and Extremely Wonderful person to go to; But plan on at least a ONE MONTH WAIT!!! I have taken my business elsewhere!!

I recently switched practices. I was "seeing" Dr. Dempsey for two years. I've never actually seen her, I always saw a PA or NP. I never even knew what she looked like until I saw this photo.

Was once the BEST Dr, after a staff loss things have been chaotic & nvr recovered. Her husband berated & screamed at me in front of a full waiting room. Nurse never followed thru w important insurance pre-auth's for my meds creating me to become very ill. She is a great DR but the office needs to remove her very unprofessional husband and acquire more assistant staff to take the workload off of her nursing assistant that is unable to complete necessary patient forms.
