My favorite PCP
My insurance changed and I can no longer see Dr. Feijoo but I’ve yet to meet someone like her again and miss her. I was very upfront with her about my health OCD and she quickly picked up that I had too much medical knowledge for my own good. She reframed her entire manner working with me to ensure she always was responding to my lab results about what was concerning or not. When I had a scary lab result that I’ve seen other doctors panic at, she called me personally and told me she knew I would be anxious but she completely alleviated my concerns with her calm demeanor. She was positive she knew what was up and the test came back normal after she let me wait a month. I feel like she was in tune with how I perceived things and she adjusted accordingly. My new PCP doesn’t understand health OCD and doesn’t adjust her conversation with me and I didn’t realize how much Dr. Feijoo did that until I couldn’t see her anymore!

Extremely Negligent
I wish I could give Dr. Feijoo no stars.Her bedside manner (or lack thereof) is horrible. It’s clear that she only cares about billing and not the actual issue at hand - I came in to see her about a lump in my breast in mid-August, and she couldn’t have been less concerned, and suggested we revisit it after my wedding (September). I came back to see her in October, and she finally referred me to get a biopsy since it had increased in size.It hurts to think that what happened could've been intercepted, or caught earlier if I'd gotten an immediate referral.I had a biopsy at IL Masonic (incredible team! THANK GOD). The biopsy appt on 11/7 said they would give results back to Dr. Feijoo to relay to me. We scheduled an appt for 11/11 to go over the results. However, I got an email notification of the results on 11/9 saying I have invasive ductal carcinoma. I immediately tried to call her to no avail. When she called me back at 4:30pm, she was simply surprised that I had access to my r
