Terrible Customer Service
This office can not get out of it's own way of errors. There was just one visit conducted with a second one that was supposed to have taken place but first the office called to cancel because doctor was not available, then they miss scheduled to the point we get a reminder call about the appointment that we had scheduled and then do not have one when appearing at the office for the scheduled time. Additionally, they provided miss information, with doctor and staff error, mother's driver licenses was accidently temporarily suspended due to their error in processing information (understand this has taken place multiple times) have had MRI results that were concerning and called the office multiple times for referral information but they can never seem to figure it out but will call back, and do not. But they were the original ones to leave a message about needing further testing.

DESERVES ZERO STARS
I unfortunately saw Dr Haller because I was passing out. From the second she walked into my room she was condescending & accused me of lying. Dr. Haller made an extremely inappropriate comment saying “I was making her depressed & since I’m rubbing my depression off on her then I obviously needed to go to a psychiatric hospital.” Really? Of course I’m going to be depressed when you are treating me like this. I begged her to do a tilt table test to rule out POTS. She told me it was unnecessary & she wasn’t going to order a test that I didn’t need for an issue I was “making up” She said I don’t know talking about & she was the one with a Harvard degree. I ended up crying because of how terrible she treated me. I never went back for my follow up visit & went to a different doctor that ordered a tilt table test. The tilt table test results showed that I had POTS with syncope. Dr Haller, people like you have no place in healthcare. Too bad Harvard couldn’t teach you to be a better person.

2016 I told her my headaches were pressure headaches and she suggested migraine meds or Neurontin. After MRI, Dr Haller sent a post card to me to let me know my MRI was fine. 2021, I asked for my own copy of that MRI report for my records and found that the radiologist found lesions! It was NOT fine! 2022 exam shows brain tumors.

Doc vets patient data prior to visit
I am very confident that doc will tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct it and what I am doing right and how to stay on course. Her overall knowledge of data, both medical and everyday life , is deep and diverse and she is adept at applying those facts that apply to my visit. Of all the medical professionals I see, I trust her most. She makes certain I understand a point before moving on to the next. I always feel better about myself when I leave her office. Even with today’s staffing shortages in the medical field, she stays on top of after-visit activities like prescriptions and discussions with other doctors regarding my case. It appears to me that she can do all these things because she has thoroughly vetted all my information before I step into her office. Thank you Doctor Haller

Knowledgeable and compassionate
Dr. Haller is thorough and caring as she evaluates the patient. She speaks to the level of education, in my husband's case, very high, yet can explain areas that might be more complicated. We are greatly Dr. Haller.
