Great Doctor

Dr. Utz always makes me feel comfortable during my visit. She explains what is happening in an understandable language and that helps me know what is going on. The resident doctor was nice as well. (I don't remember her name...)

AMAZING & DETAILED care was today and always is provided by Dr Utz!

Was very condescending and rude. Anything I said about my own health, she said it was not a problem. Tried to push 3 different medications onto me after I had told her I was not comfortable taking them. After receiving test reults last Friday, I called and asked if my doctor could explain them to me. The person I talked to said they would send her a message and I would get a call later that afternoon. Almost a week later, still have not heard from the doctor. I even sent a message in the portal asking again for my test results to be explained. No answer.

I would recommend Dr Andrea Urz to anyone I thought that could use her kindness and her good knowledge.

Dr Utz was extremely well versed on my diagnosis and explained the different opportunities for treatment to my satisfaction.

The physician listened to my concerns about a drug I was taking, and we decided to discontinue the medication.

Dr. Utz is AWESOME! She takes the time to spend with me to answer all my questions. And she is so affirming in that my life doesn't have revolve around my condition. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Utz.

When I met with her first Dr, he was so nice and I thought, “yes” I’m finally going to get some help. Nope, I was wrong. She was rude, accused me of so many things, wouldn’t listen to me. Looked and treated me like I was stupid! Wouldn’t even go over other options of what could be wrong with me. I wouldn’t go to her if my life depended on it!

She is a terrible doctor. Plain and simple. She laughed at the fact that I told her I could get rid of my depression and anxiety (which comes from steroid intake) through working out and eating better because I told her I didn’t want to be prescribed antidepressants. She also refused to write me an exemption letter for the covid vaccine because she said “it lowers the severity of infection”. I was hospitalized for two weeks after I received the first vaccine. I recently got covid again after never taking another vaccine and was fine after 3 days. My muscles were sore and I was congested for a day or two, but was fine overall. I am also in pharmaceutical sales and understand that doctors like these are bribed on incentives and get higher reimbursements when they push vaccines and medications on patients. Very dangerous and forgot the purpose of her duty as a physician.

She was the worst doctor I have ever seen. She was condescending and totally misdiagnosed me and wasn’t even willing to discuss it. I had been diagnosed with Cushings for yrs. when I saw her on my first visit, she accused me of taking steroids and abusing them. That was insane!! She said I had steroids in my system from the blood. I went to all the doctors I had seen in the past 6 months and found where one doctor mistakenly put some in with an injection without me knowing. I let her know that, but she didn’t care and maintained that I had abused them and didn’t have Cushings. She did no other tests. Went to another doctor who confirmed with testing that I did have it, but I had already had my diagnosis before I saw her from Harvard and several other institutions for over 10 yrs. IMO, she acted like an arrogant egomaniac and couldn’t handle the fact that she had been wrong. She actually laughed at me as she walked off. I was a licensed dental professional and my husband was a doctor!!

Dr. Utz is one of the most intelligent and caring physicians I have seen. I have a very rare condition and not only is she up to date with the newest research, she is patient and spends alot of time answering my questions. I always leave with a feeling that I am receiving the best care by someone that really cares

Dr. Utz is extremely thorough as she moves to diagnose a condition and is very good at explaining your options for treatment.

I saw Dr. Utz this past week for a pituitary macroadenoma counsel. She was kind, friendly, beautiful smile, personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I never felt rushed to finish our appointment. She went the extra mile to explain the MRI I've had for 5 weeks and no one had explained what I saw there. It was comforting to have a visual picture and detailed explanation. I can highly recommend her and the lovely staff, Amanda especially, who helped to ease my anxiety with her friendliness
