The bedside manner of an Orc. But that’s probably unfair to Orcs. Made us feel like an inconvenience to her during our ER visit. Very snide and condescending. Abrupt, uncaring attitude. Completely missed the diagnosis but still managed to make us feel like the problem. The worst provider I have ever encountered.

She talks bad about her patients right outside their rooms, so they can hear everything. Very unprofessional, Bad attitude, felt that I was a nuisance when simply trying to figure out what was wrong with me.

Dr Ver Maas listens and asks good questions. She is caring and kind, yet firm. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
