I was a patient of Dr. Anisko for almost 16 years. About 3 weeks ago I tried to get in touch with his office to find out that the phone was disconnected. After some further research and after speaking with someone who personally knows Dr. Anisko, I found out that he gave up his practice - no notification to any of his patients and no access to my medical records. How unprofessional.

Horrible Dr. who consistently cancelled or was late for appointments. Shouldn't be practicing!
