I have been under Dr Brown's care for 7 years. Before I met Dr Brown, my asthma put me in the hospital twice each year. Under Dr Brown's care, I have not been admitted to the hospital for 3 years and I no longer use a rescue inhaler. That deserves 5 stars in my book.

I really like Dr. Brown, Appoints were generally on time, out of 10+office visits most appointments were on time there was one of20 minute delay due to an emergency. He did not give up on my lung condition, several times he pulled up cat scan images and he explained what we were seeing and how it affects me daily. came to a final diagnosis after a lung biopsy, yet he challenged the finding. We met again, he took the time to share his concerns and offered an alternative. Then call the pathologist and discussed my case once again. I felt he was determined to help my lung situation. He is kind, pays attention to details, searches for answers beyond what was called for, he follows up. After so many visit I got to know the staff and they were helpful and courteous. So helpful in acquire oxygen concentrator. Have nothing but good to say of this practice and Dr. Brown

Waited 1 1/2 hrs. When Dr. Brown came into room and I mentioned the wait, his first response was "I can refer you to another Pulmonoligist this is how long it takes". Obviously didn't care! He spent less than ten minutes with me. He listened to my lungs for less than a minute and felt my ankles for swelling then went right to his computer to refill my prescription. I have never in all of my 86 years been with a Doctor who was more arrogant, rude and non-careing! I do not recommend!

Dr. Brown was the only doctor I saw during a recent hospital stay who didn't jump to cancer as the diagnosis. He wanted to do more tests. So for that, I'm grateful. But DO NOT see him anyway, because you'll have to deal with his horrible and inept staff! After a month I'm still getting the run around from them because they didn't submit a pre-authorization form to my insurance, despite telling me each of the FOUR TIMES I called to check that they were doing so. I might have cancer!
