Excellent Doctor
I have seen Dr. Burchard for the past 5 years for issues with my ears. Of all my specialists, he is my favorite doctor. He is personable, knowledgeable, polite and humorous too. I actually look forward to my visits.

Doctor is awesome. I saw him to get a diagnosis. He did a biopsy which turned out to be lichen planus. He is extremely nice and very caring. I had some issues with insurance and he worked it all out for me. My diagnosis isn't under his expertise but he still is going to see me again to make sure I dont slip through the cracks. A first referral to the specialty I needed never contacted me so he did it again and told me to call him if it didnt come through in a couple of days. If so he would personally make sure it happened. He was excellent and went way beyond in helping me.

Dr. Burchard is one of the best, most caring doctors I have ever come across. He has to take on more patients due to regulations, so you would think that this would make him frivolous to get you in and out. Quite the opposite. Dr. Burchard takes the time to help you understand your concerns, get you the right solutions, and actually cares about you and your health. Unfortunately, his administrative staff is drastically failing him. As a patient, and a human being who is worried and scared for their own conditions, all you want is a sense of clarity and to be able to smoothly communicate. If you are interested in being screened out, and spending hours getting redirected to multiple different people that can’t resolve the simplest of task you are requesting, only to have the last redirection send you to a voicemail and wait for a call back that never comes... then this is the place for you. Wake up, and get Dr. Burchard the supporting cast he deserves.
