Get a second opinion
I would not recommend Dr. Chen. He is kind and patient with an excellent bedside manner, however in my case he recommended and then performed an overly aggressive knee surgery that left me worse off. I HIGHLY recommend you get a second opinion before proceeding with a surgery from him.

I was treated with care and respect. He explains everything in detail. He listened carefully to what I had to say. My surgical procedure was very successful and the follow up care was wonderful.
