I can’t say enough good things about Dr Choo and his team. He performed a complicated surgery and was able to avoid elbow replacement, a procedure with documented poor outcomes. Dr Choo’s expertise has ensured that I will have a functioning arm. I am very grateful for the quality of care I received and the professionalism of Dr Choo’s entire team.

My mother has severe arthritis and had a reverse shoulder replacement with Dr. Choo, (713) 486-7560. This was her 4th joint replacement and far from the easiest. Dr. Choo put in a reverse shoulder replacement which he said was warranted in patients with severe arthritis. He is fabulous. He was patient, explained things in great detail, and is a caring man.

When I finally met this doctor on the morning after my surgery Dr Choo did not give me an explanation of why he did a different procedure than the one I approved. He simply released me from the hospital. 16 months later I had to have the femur he repaired completely reconstructed.
