Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates is wonderful! Dr. Cohen and the ENTIRE staff are experts in their field along with being warm, kind, and professional. I know I am getting the best care with these dedicated professionals! While treating my health issues, I feel heard, and I am treated with great respect, which only adds to the continuity and excellence of my care. My phone calls are returned promptly. I am able to get appointments when I need them and when I get there, again, I am treated with warmth, kindness, and receive excellent care. I trust them with my health vis a vis my life! Also, during this pandemic, they have developed excellent screening procedures, so much so, that I had no worries waiting in the newly socially distanced arranged waiting room.

I came to see Dr. Cohen for a second opinion regarding my arrhythmias and left feeling very confident and informed about my DX: Idiopathic arrhythmias. Good listener, very knowledgeable. He had read my H & P prior to my arrival??

I had a consult appointment with Dr. Cohen regarding a procedure that I was weighing against other options. He presented details of the procedure in a clear manner, answered my questions thoroughly, and explained what I could anticipate after the procedure as well as if I decided to try other options. It was a very professional presentation/discussion with a twinge of dry wit that added a human connection. A consult appointment is one in which history must be captured, information must be communicated, and the patient makes a decision both on the information and the intangible of connecting to the doctor. My experience was I was met with a professional in whom I trust my future health --both medically and in any future communications and decision-making.

I sought out Dr. Cohen for a life threatening issue. He met with me and gave me a variety of options and benefits of each. I chose surgery which he performed. Follow-up tests for over a year and a half have proven that I am cured and can expect a long full life.
