Arrogant, condescending and ignorant.
Never even looked at me - sat at computer typing. Typical know-it-all who doesn't even know how to read a scholarly paper in his field.

Competent, responsive, knowledgeable
My visit with Dr. Crawford was for an ultrasound review of a thyroid mass larger than it should be and a needle aspiration biopsy to see if there were complications with the composition of the mass. Dr. Crawford explained the results from the first ultrasound and his recommendation of the aspiration to fully understand what was there and next steps depending on the outcome of the biopsy. My results were “undetermined” as was explained about 30% results are; a sample was sent to be molecularly examined for a more thorough diagnosis. Dr. Crawford missed me by phone but went the extra mile to email me so I wouldn’t have to wait over the weekend for results and also called as soon as he received the second report from the sequencing lab.I very much appreciated being kept informed of results ASAP and having all aspects of testing, treatment and outcome explained and all questions answered.
