I was forced to visit today via demanded by my workers compensation claim team. They should be ashamed of themselves for sending me to this doctor! He is extremely rude, condescending, and clearly doesn’t care for your well being. He doesn’t answer questions and does a horrible job explaining questions. I expressed multiple times I didn’t understand the question he failed to rephrase the question for my understanding. He only wanted yes or no answers. I walked out of there feeling like I got beat up and mentally/ emotionally abused. He questioned about my weight in the most antagonizing way. I answered my knee never bothered me prior to my injury therefore my size is not the problem!

HORRIBLE He is the WORSE! He doesn't deserve the one star but I had to put something. I went to him for pain in my wrist he flipped my wrist, twisted it causing me to scream then said oh you have tendonitis. He told the nurse to get the needle injected me NEVER explaining what was wrong. Then he ended with you should be better in 2weeks if not it will require surgery he got up and walked out. He was VERY RUDE!! He needs his license revoked or he needs to RETIRE ASAP

This person who says he is a doc is a liar, if you want to increase your pain and never be cured bye all means go to him I had two unrelated experiences with him concerning orthopedic care ha! Both times while in waiting rooms other patients who were operated on bye him we're in pain and butchered pins out legs casts you name it like out of a horror movie . I had severe cervical damage due to car accident . I saw many doctors over a period of 4 years all said I was in bad shape except him

Complete monster! Both my husband and I have crossed paths with this man and both experiences were horrible. Did nothing to address our pain. Didn't even look at me before he said he couldn't help me. Told my husband he was malingering. Just a joke! Beware!!! We both saw other doctors, had our legitimate injuries treated properly. Stay away!

My first appt with Dr. Gilman was today and I am impressed. He was interested in what I had to say and in troubleshooting why this 30+ years of chronic pain is still with me. He gave me hope!!

Do not expect Dr. Gelman to have your best interests in a Workman Comp case. He acted purely in the interest of the employer. He became very upset when an MRI was ordered by another Dr. showing problems he wasn't addressing.

Went in to see Dr. Gelman because of shoulder pain. I could not bench press or even put my arm behind my back. He took multiple sets of pictures and eventually told me I was 37, "middle aged", and told me I was going to have to live with the pain. Are you serious?? The only medical diagnosis he could give me was that I might have a little arthritis. I then went to another doctor and I kid you not, he diagnosed a frozen shoulder in less than a minute. Completely pain free now. Do not recommend!

Terrible doc. My pain has persisted for over 6 months and over multiple treatments (PT, chiropractic, pain killers). As I was telling him about previous blood tests, he was literally googling the significance of one of the blood tests. He criticized me for even coming to see him. He made an extremely rude remark about my meds for depression and anxiety, and criticized me for being on muscle relaxants for so long (I can't stand or walk w/o them). I left his office in tears. Do not recommend.
