Dr. Kaplan and his staff were friendly, professional, caring, and very skilled. I had surgery to remove a Basil Cell Carcinoma. It was in a very unfortunate location. They did a great job restoring my looks and saving me from further problems. I highly recommend their practice - Advanced Dermatology in Ft. Washington, PA.

The Doctor and staff were very kind and professional, explaining everything with the procedure. They were attentive to my needs and followed up with aftercare instructions. The Doctor also phoned later in the day, checking on my recovery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kaplan and his associates.

Dr. Andrew Kaplan is an excellent surgeon. He is skilled, professional, and very kind. With the numbing agent, the procedure was completely painless. The evening of the surgery, Dr. Kaplan called my home to be sure I was doing well. Additionally, Dr. Kaplan's nurses and staff are competent and very pleasant. Comprehensive follow-up instructions were provided. For all these reasons, I highly recommend this practice.

My first visit and it was such a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was also seen on time. When I was done with this visit, I felt extremely comfortable when they explained my next steps and how the procedure went. Dr. Kaplan even called me later in the day to see how I was and if I had any additional questions. Very professional and I recommend 100%.

I have never had a better medical experience. Every member of Dr. Kaplan’s team, including Dr. Kaplan, made me feel, on a personal level, that we were good friends. My positive feeling about my visit was reinforced later that same day when Dr. Kaplan called me at home to see how I was feeling after the procedure I had.

Caring staff, Dr explained procedure before starting, I was able to stay in the procedure room during breaks. Very different from my experience with a MOHS office very close to my home. I chose not to go back to them

My second time around with Dr. Kaplan for MOHS. Everyone at the practice are excellent at doing their best to ensure your comfort as much as possible during the procedure. Dr. Kaplan is very thorough, patiently sits and answers all questions, and is a very kind, pleasant person- especially appreciated when one has to spend the better part of the day achieving clear margins! While it's not something I want to be dealing with, I'm very glad my primary dermatologist referred me to Dr. Kaplan.

I was taken on time for my 730 appointment to have Mohs surgery on the upper middle side of my nose. Dr Kaplan was as pleasant as always and informed me about what he was doing at each step.unfortunately, I had to have three rounds of the surgery until we had clear margins, but again, was kept informed each time.following the surgery, we took a good amount of time discussing my options for closure. his assistants that worked with me throughout the morning were very pleasant and informative as well
