Waited a full 8 hours on hold to schedule the initial appointment. Requested a sleep study, and they were booked 4 months out. At that point, they do not believe in sleep aids, either prescription or over the counter, so I was unable to complete the sleep study after two attempts. If you try and call, you will wait for hours only to be connected to a call center into the Phillipines. There is no way to communicate with their office outside of scheduling an in person appointment. After nearly a year of trying to get treatment for my sleep apnea, I gave up and paid almost $2000 out of pocket to get an at-home sleep study and a CPAP and it was completed in a matter of days. Duly is truly the worst thing ever to happen to healthcare in this area, and I will never use them again for anything.

No bedside manner whatsoever; easy to see that he thinks he knows better than other pulmonologists and respiratory specialists without even looking at recent history of pulmonary failure and sleep apnea. A complete Joke, don’t waste your money on an a hole who dismisses all concerns, especially as a very complex patient .

Probably the most useless "doctor" I've ever heard from. Paid the hospital $2000 for a sleep study and his interpretation, only for him to say, "You snore. Lose weight, don't drink, don't take drugs." and other banal things you could read in a pamphlet. When asked for something actually constructive or helpful, I was told to schedule another appointment. As if this idiot deserves that time or money. Other reviews have indicated his incompetence. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
