Excellent Provider and Staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Lancaster and NP Rogers for over two years. I have been a TID for 34 years, stage 4 Thyroid Cancer with thyroidectomy for 12 years, renal failure with kidney transplant for 12 years. I am a complicated patient, and it is difficult to manage me with the various diseases, limitations, and medication. Dr. Lancaster and NP Rogers spend the time and effort it takes to develop the best possible treatment plan. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest.Sometimes, I have to wait past my appointment time, and both providers work on their laptops while with me. Some might find these occurrences frustrating and negative. I see something else entirely, I see practitioners who care enough to spend the time necessary with each patient. I see practitioners who are knowledgeable and are constantly looking for other options and possibilities to improve your outcome. I feel blessed that these two are here and are caring for me.

Dr Lancaster’s knowledge, care for patients, professionalism, attention to detail and positive personality makes for a brilliant Dr to go to. He is one of the best Dr. I have ever seen. I travel hundreds of miles to keep him as my endocrinologist. He would be hard to replace. He is an excellent person as well as Dr. highly recommend.

Positive experience
I had a great experience here. I am a provider myself, and they got me in within a week, spoke to me to my level, and answered every question I had concisely - even with my rare medical condition. Dr. Lancaster even educated me on future educational sources in regard to my condition and made fantasy novel recommendations - going above and beyond to earn my personal trust and clinical respect. If I could recommend him to a family member I would.

Staff is horrible and very unprofessional
I saw Dr Lancaster about 3 months back or so. I liked the Dr as he was very knowledgeable. I received an email to confirm or cancel my appointment two days prior. Which I did press the cancel bottom. I received a few calls after saying I missed the appointment. I tried to explain that I canceled it online but I was told that it is only a request, then why even have it as an option? The receptionist was extremely rude telling me I was yelling and that I am considered a no call no show. Even though in my mind, the appointment was cancelled 48 hours before. She then proceeded to say well why didn’t you call? I responded, I am now aren’t I. Wont reschedule and can care less as to why I cancelled. She didn’t even care to know. Well, now I hope you’re reading this and your unprofessional attitude and behavior gets checked, I had a nasal procedure that Monday and a molar pulled on the 9th. Due to an infection. Thanks for asking. It’s a shame that you didn’t even care.

Best Endo Ever!
Dr Lancaster and his assistant Sharlene Rodgers CNP are extremely professional, caring and qualified. I don't who is leaving multiple bad reviews (it looks to me that the same person is leaving all the bad reviews), but its not so. Every visit for me was absolutely professional, courteous and well worthwhile. My rating for Dr. Lancaster is 5 stars, and I'd give them 10 stars if I could

I went to Dr. Lancaster for about 3 years. So about 7 visits so I feel my review is very informed. The office staff is slow to get blood work reviewed by the doctor and can be very rude. Dr. Lancaster is usually about 30 min late to each of my appointments. He carry’s a laptop with him and types while you talk, which makes it feel as though your not being cared for. I was going for my thyroid and wanted more then just my TSH checked (I.e T4) but he would not order those for me. I go to a new doctor now and my Thyroid has better numbers because we are treating more then just the TSH!
