Absolutely awful! I had an infected tooth extracted by Mr. Lee, the injections were the most painful I've ever experienced due to him apparently being in a rush. 2 months later the area was bothering me so I saw a different oral surgeon who found that Mr. Lee had left a part of the root of the tooth in the bone and it was infected so I had to have my gums cut open and root removed. I would NEVER allow Mr. Lee to do any work on me again. Stay away!

Horrible experience with front office personnel. Unorganized. Encouraged expensive procedure prior to receiving approval from insurance. Did not seem to understand insurance billing procedures (or just very poor at explaining!). After I decided not to have my procedure at their office because of their incompetence, she sent me a bill for a consultation fee that was never verbally disclosed. Office was empty- clearly others are staying away as well.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Lee to ex tract a badly decayed and infected wisdom tooth , and all went well . Dr Lee explained the process before and post treatment plan . I am a senior and was nervous. Dr Lee and staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed to have the much needed dental treatment . I called several times post surgery and all my question were answered every time with Patience and knowledge. .
