Great doctor
Doctor Andrew Martin is a professional rare doctor to find now a days. He listened to my health concern/needs. There was no sense of hurry with Dr. Martin to make sure I understood his medical advices. Also prescribed absolutely the right prescription needed. Thanks Dr. Martin, please do not change your calm, respectable and professional ways. No hesitation in me recommending anyone to you. Thanks again.

Simply Awesome
I had no idea Physicians like him STILL EXISTED. Personable. Exceptional bedside manner. NO “JESUS” FACTOR. Very approachable. Dr. Martin, actually, REMEMBERS WHO YOU ARE!! Pedro and other Office Staffers are wonderful and quite welcoming!!

Incompetent staff
Was super sick. Made an appt and couldn’t get one for 2 weeks. Sent blood work to see if it was an emergency. No response. Showed up to appt two weeks later and they didn’t have me in the system. They had my blood work and know they where wrong, should have fit me in. Thank GOD my personal doctor was able to give me something to help. I would have ended up in a real bad situation on Thanksgiving. So tired of Incompetence and not taking responsibility.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Catalina took her time to explain that Medicaid wasn’t in their network, and I would have to pay. Since I'm on SSI, there's no way I would be able to pay anything. She told me that it was imperative to see Dr. Martin/Nurse Practitioner, because he saw me while I was in the hospital. I'm totally grateful.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Martin. He clearly explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His PA and all office staff were welcoming and friendly and turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a positive one.
