Pleasant, friendly and thorough!
The intake receptionist, the young man who removed my mothers cast, Dr. Mitchelson, the x-ray tech, the other young man that fitted my mothers splint to the receptionist that i discussed scheduling with we’re all extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The wait time was maybe 5 minutes, if that. Everything flowed smoothly and efficiently.

Broken finger
Very efficient. Had X-rays taken and we reviewed those in the room. A treatment plan was determined. All questions answered. I would recommend to others to see him.

Very personable and thorough
I was there for a visit for hand pain. Very friendly and thorough with my visit. He was very quick, yet listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He was willing to show me my X-rays and explain to me what everything meant in a way I could understand. He offered me choices of treatment and explained the risks and benefits and also created a follow up plan with me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Another great appointment
Once again another great appointment. My appointment was at 11:40 and Dr Mitchelson walked into the exam room at 11:40. My wait time out in the waiting area was all of five minutes. We discussed what was bothering me and decided on a course of treatment. Professional, efficient as always. His entire staff mirrors the same professional attribute and customer service.

My appointment was a surgery consult today, X-rays were taken, quick and efficient! Went over the X-rays and Dr. Mitchelson explained the surgical procedure and to both my husband and I, the after care, what to expect in the coming months. I would refer him to anyone that would need this type of care, he is very thorough and frequently pauses to ask if we had any questions.

Dr. Mitchelson and the staff at OS in Marquette, were very personable and caring. He, and the team at Bell, where my surgery was performed, were top notch. Dr. Mitchelson prescribed PT after the surgery. Matt, in PT, was nice and really knew how to help in my recovery.
