I had to wait a month for an available appointment, but it was well worth it. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, professional staff. Came in early in the morning and was done after breakfast. Luckily, I only needed one round. Very neat suture job, I can hardly see it only one week later. Procedure and would care was thoroughly explained to by Dr. Monte and his staff. Even got an evening follow-up phone call, which was nice and much appreciated.

After 3 Mohs surgeries I was a little hesitant to switch to another Mohs Specialist. Because of Covid, my Dr. was backed up and I was afraid to wait. My dermatologist suggested Dr. Montemarano as an alternative. He will now be my go to Dr. should I ever require another Mohs surgery. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had. He explained everything to make sure I understood what was happening and felt at ease. He will be my Mohs surgeon from now on. I highly recommend him. You will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic visit. I had had previous Mohs experience with Dr. Montemarano and been extremely pleased with his expertise and delightful bedside manner. I feel that he takes a genuine interest in his patients and the outcome of their visit. I find him to be very professional and "human" at the same time. I feel like I am in great hands as his patient. I recommend him to one all if this procedure is needed.

Squamos Cell Cancer. Visit was arranged after web search and phone call. Extremely impressed with the complex in which Doctor Montemarano's surgery center is located. Office was comfortably and tastefully decorated. Workers were efficient and seemed to be attuned to doing their job. All medical personel and especially Dr. Montemarano provided service levels at a 5 of 5 quality. In short they are fabuloous; use them for your skin cancer needs.

I went to remove a basal cell carcinoma; I had one removed many years ago by a plastic surgeon, which left no scar at all, but my dermatologist recommended this practice which specializes in Moh surgery. This is the thing; you don't know beforehand how deep they are going to go when they remove the carcinoma. Had I known I would end up with a quarter size hole and a scar that is still there a year later, I would have gone to a plastic surgeon. They are nice but are not plastic surgeons.

Dr. Montemarano had to reconstruct my nose, due to basal cell carcinoma. He and his staff were patient, kind, caring and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. I have recommended him since to other friends, who have also been treated professionally. We have all been more than satisfied with the results. Thank you to Dr. Montemarano and his entire staff!

I was referred to Dr. Montemarano by my dermatologist for follow up surgery based on pathology results. He was very friendly, easy to talk with and attentively listened to my concerns about scarring and healing. He explained why the small surgery was necessary and exactly how he would proceed. He also indicated how long the stitches would be with me and what to expect after surgery. He called me twice in between appointments to check on me which is so rare. Wish he was my GP.

Impeccable bedside manner; impressive surgical skill. After operating, Dr. Montemarano laid out what would be happening with the wound and scar. Everything he told me happened precisely, totally in accordance with the timetable he outlined. The scar (above my eye) is barely visible six months after the Mohs surgery he performed. Highly recommended.
