Horrible Office experience
I would never recommend this place to anyone… staff members irresponsible.. they do not call the prescription for 4 days .. and they keep transferring the call from one desk to another. Even spoke to the office manager regarding this issue … she has no idea as to why this happened… and the fun part is … it’s been almost 10 days 11.4.24 and not received a single call about why this situation was handled this way.. Dr Morchower Is ok … but his office is a joke

Expert Team
When you walk in to OmniSpine Pain Mgt., you are greeted by a very kind professional (Ellie). You are called back to your room by additional professionals, also kind & cheerful, who take your vital signs, etc. Dr. Andrew Morchower is super intelligent, attentive, innovative, and also, kind and compassionate. His Nurse Practitioner, Ashley, is also very kind and knowledgeable. Together, as a team, OmniSpine professionals strive to reduce your physical pain and offer alternative methods of care specific to your needs. For me, the whole approach is quite positive and their care has given me renewed hope, as well as pain relief. You are treated with great respect and compassion. I have such improved mobility that I am considering going back to school. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Morchower and his team of professionals at OmniSpine Pain Management.

Prefer this place for my pain
He was able to control my low back pain without surgery and it is much appreciated. I am 100 times better now . It has been a year since he did an injection on my back and relieved my pain. All the other doctors I went to wanted to cut on me. Very grateful for Dr Morchower

Cronic pain management
My experience with Dr Morchower is related to his treatment of my wife. Previous years of ineffective care from other doctors had my wife taking massive and dangerous amounts of pain medications, with very little improvement. Dr Morchower recognized the need to reduce the amounts slowly and correct the approach to her care. My wife, now lives a full and happy life, and has been noted by family and friends as the old Carrie we all loved. I feel that Dr Morchower saved her.

Changed my life!
I have been seeing doctors for years about a low back injury that happened 11 years ago . All the doctors said I needed a fusion lumbar surgery, but dr morchower took the actual time to explain to me and my wife what the problem with me was on my mri. It turns out it was treatable with injections. I am extremely pleased with the way dr morchower treats his patients. I believe he does right by the patient and that’s not easy to find. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with back pain

It's time to tell it like it was!
After NO help other than injections and filling me with opioids - he finally dropped me because I refused any more injections. He never touched me and offered no treatment, not so much as a CTScan or X-Ray. Had he done either he might have learned something as I had an infection in my spine which eventually went to my pacemaker. By the time I had emergency surgery at UTSouthwestern infection was like a baseball on top of my pacemaker. It had to be removed and a new one implanted. IV antibiotics for 6 weeks and strong oral antibiotics for 8 more weeks. Good news - I now have a new pacemaker inserted directly into my heart and MRI compatible. MRI results showed the infection was gone but the spine had fused together creating constant pain. Physical therapy is helping and have gone from 4 opoids a day to less than one. Dr. Morchower is a heck of a nice guy and I liked him a lot and I miss him. Just wish he would have taken better care of me.

Dr will drop you if you are not doing procedures
Dr Morchower will drop you if you are not doing enough expensive procedures. I was a patient with Dr Morchower for over 5 years. I was really happy with my experience. I saw him after two failed spinal surgeries. I need nerve pain meds due to the failed surgeries. I am very active physically. Out of the blue, Dr. Morchower informed me that he no longer wants to treat me. He told me that I am not cost effective because I do not need any of his expensive procedures.
