Dr. A. Andrew Morovati is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He comes across as a very knowledgeable specialist and, importantly, very, very attentive. He listens and deeply delves into all the details of the patient's condition. It is felt that he cares about the patient’s health, spends a lot of time during the appointment, and then when discussing the results of all tests. I am very lucky to have met such a good doctor!

Slightly patronizing/strangely suspicious of me
He has a great energy except for the fact he is incredibly accusatory and I can’t understand why he thinks I’m a secret drug addict. I mentioned memory issues and after mentioning my recent seizures as the likely cause, he asked if I drink or do any recreational stuff. I said I smoke pot here and there; 2 x a month-and there and he was off to the races! He seems to think I’m drinking and smoking pot every day. He spent the next five minutes or more looking at me with and distrust/suspicion as though I’m a secret addict or something. I really resent being treated like that and frankly I find it baffling. I finally said something and right before I told him so, he said “you do it every day?” At that point, I want another doctor but am moving in a year. So may just stick it out. I feel like he must not think much of me. He seems like a decent man but strangely suspicious and I don’t feel he knows my condition like my last neurologist did.

I am the pickiest when it comes to doctors. I must tell you folks, Dr, Morovati did not disappoint!!!! What a nice and caring dr through and through. I almost did not go because, I really do not like to go to doctors. He was really good. He just may have restored my faith in dr’s. Thank you so much Dr. Morovati. I am so glad that I did not cancel my appointment. You are an example to all doctors, and I am truly grateful. Sincerely, Eileen

This Dr. was condescending and patronizing. He said he was sending in an order for blood work and when I got to the lab it appeared to not be there; when I called his office and left a message regarding this issue, my call was never returned. It took him a month to order an EEG and it's been three weeks and I've still not received my results from him. I will be notifying the Dr. who referred me to him of his abhorrent medical care.
