Go elsewhere if you are looking for a professional office. I have insurance that will pay 100% for implants and a consultation. I called the business day before I was scheduled and red flags were everywhere. They charged me for a comprehensive oral evaluation and I was concerned about their billing practices. I brought in my own x-rays and saw the doctor for 10 minutes. Up to this point, even the office staff called it a consultation. My insurance will pay for a consultation and they would not bill them. I asked to review the costs for the procedure to make sure we were all on the same page. The conversation went to me now getting my wisdom teeth out. I informed the office I was getting implants. They came up with a ridiculous amount that I needed to come in with the day of my procedure when my insurance pays 100%. I cancelled my appointment and went elsewhere.

I arrived at his office after an hour driving very sick with an infected molar. I was given the total price before going by another dentist so I could be prepared. When I got there they jacked up the price $150.00, over 400.00 dollars to pull one tooth. They threatened me if I didn't pay the increase I could leave and he said he might not do it anyway because I upset his wife with my attitude. They took my food money for the rest of the month. Fortunately I got unexpected money and can eat.

Charging too much money for the service. Only take 50 to 80% of the insurance when the insurance pay the 100% for the surgery.
