Dr. Sun is very knowledgeable and willing to help anyway he can. The staff were very friendly. Service was quick and painless.

The visit went very well. But after the CT scan we had to call the doctor office to find out the results. The office assistant is the person that gave us the results because Dr Sun was on vacation for the next 2 weeks and the PA that was covering was out of state at a conference. There was not a urologist that was covering for them during this time. The report stated numerous stones 2-4 mm noted and all the Assistant was told to do was tell him to drink more water. No professional could speak with us until 4 days later at the earliest. Very disappointed with the care. They told us to followup with our primary doctor who sent us to him in the first place. Do not go if you want quality care unless you are willing to wait for days and not have a physician cover for the doctor if he is out of office for a couple of weeks.

He is always thoughtful considerate and listens to your concerns. He doesn't rush you.He gives you a chance to get it out, and that's different these days. I'm happy with him. Perhaps the young won't eat us after all. Now that's saying something

I was treated on an emergency basis. He was sincere and professional. He explained the procedure and provided guidance on how to limit the negative effects of the procedure.

Dr Sun is a dedicated professional, dedicated to his practice and his patients. Discussion's with him and explanions of options available in my case have been extremely helpful.
