Doctor Volkov did awesome job on my back surgery. Staff at office were awesome before and after surgery. Answered all questions and made me feel comfortable.

I was very happy with his service. He took his time with me and explained everything that was going on with me letting me know that he couldn’t help me that I need to follow up with a neurologist.

I wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr. Volkov is kind, brilliant and on top of his craft. He did a lumbar fusion and put in a disc cage. He visited me every day I was in the hospital, and he has taken excellent care of me since. I was given enough pain meds. I was treated well at every appointment with his nurse practitioner and medical assistant. The staff is just outstanding.

My journey to Dr Volkov was eventful. At our first visit, I found he had reviewed my mri and notes compiled by another Dr. He explained how he would correct my problem, which I found rather disconcerting, because I would have a piece of titanium in my back. I asked him to please not use it if he didn’t need to. He kindly explained how it would help me and assured me that he takes wonderful care of all his patients ( He absolutely does ). Surgery was scheduled. By then, I was having difficulty sitting/standing for long periods of time; and my sleep was being interrupted by the pain. Day of surgery arrived with another glitch which Dr Volkov again gave assurance would be taken care of. Surgery over, my immediate awareness was total pain relief. (except for surgery pain)I found Dr Volkov to be kind, compassionate, and caring. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Dr who gave me relief from nerve compression caused by spinal stenosis. My care from him was excellent.

Dr volkov was attentive and knew right away that I had issues and needed a surgery when 3 other doctors basically blew me off saying is was muscle spasms He informed me of the whole process from begining until the end. The minute I woke from surgery I felt like a million bucks. All the issues I have been having for 7 years were basically gone. He is the best .

Dr Volkov literally changed my life. He is an exceptional man and an absolutely outstanding doctor.

After seeing another neuro surgeon and having shots and other treatments for over a year (and have pain and not able to walk more than a few hundred feet) I was referred to Dr. Volkov. He decided surgery was essential. He discussed my case with his associate and devised a plan. The surgery was instantly successful. I did have some hardware put in my lower back but I have no pain today and even get to play a competative game of golf. I am 65 years old and in good health. He was very informative and seen or spoke to me every day while I recovered in the hospital. While I was home his team was always available to answer my questions. My recovery was very manageable and I was back to work in 7 weeks. I am now 11 months past surgery and while I do thank God, I thank Dr. Volkov for his brilliance, compassion and skill.

I had surgery by Dr. Volkov on my SI joint last year. He has consistently provided excellent care and responsiveness pre-and post- op, and of course during the operative time! I’m thrilled with the outcome and feel so much less pain than I did in the year and a half prior to having the surgery. The staff is also excellent and always helpful, especially during these crazy Covid times!

I was seen at my appointment time and had a short wait for the Dr. Dr Volkov showed me my MRI and explained my condition. He answered my questions and referred me for non surgical treatment first. He did not rush me and was clearly concerned about me as a person. I highly recommend Dr Volkov

Dr. Volkov has the most sincere bed side manner of any Surgeon I’ve ever encountered. He is kind, compassionate and understanding. He makes sure his patients are well taken care of.

I have seen multiple different neurosurgeons for a back injury where I broke my L1 compression fracture in my spine. Many other neurosurgeons have given me many quick in and out appointments barely reviewing my test results or even me personally. Dr Volkov has blown them all out of the water! He is beyond a caring, listening, personable doctor. He is NEVER EVER in a rush with me or anyone of his patients. I see them in and out of the office myself about every four weeks. Everyone leaves specifically thanking Dr. Volkov himself. He is young but extremely cautious of back spine surgery and makes sure he is 100% agreeable and sees a solution for you. If he himself isn’t sure or wants a second opinion he is NOT afraid to ask for it! And that’s a real specialist to me! Especially when you’re messing with your spine!
