Excellent!
I have been going to Dr. C-S and her PA Storrs, for approx. 6-7 years. I have M.S., Osteoporosis, and a slew of other health conditions. These 2 should have a 5 star review here! They both listen thoroughly and thoughtfully. They have never pushed meds on me & understand that even with all my conditions meds are going to be my last choice when or if the time comes. They respect the healthy lifestyle changes I have made in attempt to stabilize any conditions I have. When I have a concern I love that all measures are taken to get to the bottom of what’s happening by ordering whichever tests are needed. I could not ask for a better team for myself. Everyone I have referred to them states the same experience. When I have needed, I have been able to see PA Storrs via telehealth, although I prefer in person.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Cardinalli-Stein and Katie Storrs, PA-C to make sound judgements regarding my care. They are equally patient, and I never feel rushed. They attend to every small and great concern I have, and they follow through with my MyChart messages in a timely manner. I established care with Dr. Cardinalli-Stein through a referral from a friend, and I have since referred to a friend.

Professional, concerned, caring and kind. Office Wait times are less than 15 minutes. She pays attention to detail. She gives treatment options and discusses these very well. First PCP I’ve been fortunate enough to become acquainted with that works well with other doctors in various specialties in order to better the health of the patient.

Not as Advertised
Preventative Medicine means being proactive such as making lifestyle changes not jumping to meds. Patient dialogue is important for proper care. I didn't experience that. Doctor/staff cooperation was missing. Patient rights not always respected. Got a new doctor who follows medical science, no meds., no misread test results, positive lifestyle changes = peace of mind.
