My wife had 2 day old xray showing fractured fibula from a local urgent care center.Made an appointment via phone Monday AM asking for a surgeon to see my wife the same day.They said sure how is 12:00 PM. Great !! We encountered a clean, spacious waiting room.The receptionship was excellent. We saw Dr. Brzezinski who requested a specific gravity xray test of ankle and fibula. It showed a tibiofibular clear space over 5mm typically referred to as a 'syndesmotic injury'. He explained in detail what that entails and mutual agreement was to hold off on surgery repair until xray again after cast removal in 6 weeks and we would proceed from there. He is a great guy , proficient and knowledgeable. My Wife is a lucky lady being seen by Dr. Brzezinski
