Dr and staff do not care.
My 80 year old parents showed up for their appointment 15 minutes early. They were taken back to a room where they sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes. the room was hot. They had to ask to keep the door open. They had to ask for water. They never saw the Dr. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes they finally walked out. My mom told the staff they were leaving and the staff said 'ok, we will let the Dr. know' NO apology. They could care less. I would never recommend such uncaring staff and an uncaring DR.

Amanda at the front desk...she's the most negative person I've ever encountered. Not at all willing to try to work with you..."No, you can't pay out of pocket" "No, you can't have surgery if it's not approved" "No, you must have all codes approved" "No, you can't pay for the code that's not approved by your insurance" "No, you can't see the doctor until 4 weeks" "No, the doctor can't call you" I asked her to focus on what she can do vs. what she can't. She said, I'm not going to argue with you

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Sreeram for several years now. We travel quite a distance to see him because he's not only always given us exemplary care, he does it with heart and humility. It seems he has carefully chosen staff members that truly care for their patients and go out of their way for them. We are both approaching our senior years and understand how rare of a find this is.

The complexity of head and neck anatomy first drew me to the practice of treating patients with ear, nose and throat issues, as well as my otolaryngology subspecialty. Since then, my practice has been devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of the wide range of ENT issues.
