Poor communication
Unfortunately, this is a group practice doctor and our regular doctor was not in today and we saw this one instead. She started her appointment over 30 minutes late, talked over me and did not listen when I spoke. Frankly, she seemed dismissive that my children were crying and unconcerned about how many times that they have been sick lately. I did not even see her check their ears for an ear infection, which our regular doctor always does. She abruptly left the room to conclude her exam. We left with no medical information. Also, she insisted on Covid testing my son which was negative. A waste of a copay.
