Facts
My last visit is my final one. They tell me I need to do a random pee test when I was just there last week and they already did one for something else. In today’s economy, I cannot afford to pay 2 times for the same thing. Then I was told it is once a year and that would be April 2024 so technically it could have been done on next visit.

Dr. Moorthal was a lovely soft spoken lady who listened to all my needs and concerns. She actually walked into the room with a list of infomation to discuss as I was a new patient. Very professional. Excellent visit.

I had the misfortune of having Dr Moorthal assigned to me upon being admitted into the hospital for a gall bladder removal surgery. (08/18) Dr Moorthal seemed very distracted and appeared to be task saturated while conducting her rounds to review expired charts. She was unable to determine what was causing my fever even after being told that the lab results she was reviewing had not been updated. After becoming borderline septic, and their inability to reduce my fever, someone finally listened and obtained new 'lab's'. I understand being 'task saturated', but when your ego or fatigue prevents you from reading a simple time and date it is time to re-evaluate. Validation of why Johns Hopkins calculates over 250,000 deaths per year due to medical error
