Long time patient
I've been a long time patient of Dr Herrera and he has been wonderful. He spends time talking with you, asking questions and explaining treatments. I've had both in-person and telehealth appointments with him and they always go smoothly. I'm happy to have such a reliable doctor.

He is an administrative nightmare.
My wife was there for a pre-op physical. He had an assistant do an EKG who administered it incorrectly, it had to be done by another tech and was fine, he forgot to order bloodwork and did not send ANY REPORT to th surgeon for Pre-op causing untold hardship and delay. I would not allow him to trim my toenails.

I was really upset when I took my girlfriend in on 04-23-2017, Dr. Herrera was walking in and out of our room as if he had something else more important to attend. He showed no intrest in helping her and sarcastically asked, " so if it all turns out normal then what?" suggesting What?! He gives doctors a bad reputation, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I can't even give him one star. His diagnosis was depression. The next day an ambulance trip to the ER and a diagnosis of pneumonia and a bladder infection from a good Doctor.

Very professional. Spent a lot of time listening to my needs. Never a hassle when I go there. Always a pleasant experience, even when very sick. And, my problem is always solved!

He is smug, narcissistic, autocratic and is so used to senior patients and their related common complaints that it seems he doesn't really hear the patient's sincere complaints. We left his practice as s result.
