Dr. Angela Benavides, MD

Nurse was very nice, the doctor I was given was beyond rude though and couldn’t care less. I made notes of my fainting episodes I’ve had for 15 years along with horrible chronic pain & fatigue before I went in so I prepared and he would just cut me off. Would only let me answer in no detail his direct questions and I could say nothing more. At one point he threw his pad of paper down. He informed he “has been doing this 35 years” -And it shows. He’s over it and could care less, not to mention his only recommendation was to eat more salt and lay down if I need to pass out. He said “it’s not that difficult, if it persists let us know” - ok, well it’s persisted for 15 year, and thanks for the advice a doctor from the 50’s would’ve given. They need to spend more time listening to their patients, show a little decency, and that they care. I wouldn’t recommend waisting your time here, get referred somewhere else. I would never go back, almost left in tears.
